When you arrive, your service advisor conducts a brief intake interview to understand the symptoms you've observed. We note your vehicle history, mileage, and any warning lights currently on.

Diagnostic Inspection

Our technicians perform a targeted inspection based on your reported symptoms, supplemented by an OBD-II scan if applicable. For complex issues, additional diagnostic time may be required and will be communicated upfront.

Written Estimate & Approval

You receive a clear, itemized written estimate before any repair work begins. We explain each item, why it's needed, and answer any questions. You choose what to approve — no pressure, no assumptions.

Repair Execution

Approved repairs are performed using quality parts and factory-aligned procedures. If any unexpected findings arise during the repair, we contact you before proceeding.

Quality Check & Test Drive

All completed repairs are verified by a second technician and followed by a road test or system test as appropriate. We confirm the original issue is resolved before calling you for pickup.

Vehicle Return & Documentation

You receive a complete service invoice detailing all work performed, parts used, and any notes for future maintenance. We retain your vehicle history for all future visits.
